Danger management for farm girls begins Feb. 2

Northwest Iowa farm girl with a passion for enterprise and who want to learn how to control chance in their operations can register for Iowa State University Extension’s Annie’s Project, which starts Feb. two.
The occasion will be held for ladies in Sioux, O’Brien, Lyon and Osceola counties.
The course is intended to empower females to be far better organization partners and owners.
Farm ladies will understand how to construct networks and control and organize vital information.
Throughout this 6-session program, ladies will develop management and selection-making skills for their farms.
Sessions include brief presentations and extended discussions with women agriculture experts, topics of significance to their long term in agribusiness, plus finding the assets readily available to help them accomplish good results.
Annie’s Project meets from one p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Sioux Center Public Library, meeting room B on Feb. two, 9, 16, 23, March one and March eight.
The price is $ 75 per individual. Participants acquire software package programs, handouts and an Annie’s Project portfolio.
Program dimension is limited to 30 individuals. Pre-registration is due by Jan. 27. Annie’s Project is becoming funded by a grant from the USDA Risk Management Agency.
